Why is my Bitcoin transaction stuck?
Bitcoin transactions do not fail on chain the way smart-contract chains do. Once a transaction is mined it is final — the only failure modes are: it never landed, it is sitting in the mempool because the fee rate is too low, or it was replaced by an RBF re-send.
